Arun Agarwal, M.D., earned his medical degree at University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey – New Jersey Medical School, Newark, N.J. He completed an internal medicine internship and residency at Mount Sinai Hospital, New York City; and a cardiology fellowship at Hahnemann University Hospital/Drexel University College of Medicine, Philadelphia. Talhat Azemi, M.D., earned his medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine, Dominica, West Indies. He completed an internal medicine internship and residency at University of Connecticut Health Center; and was a chief medical resident at University of Connecticut Health Center/Hartford Hospital. Jonathan Aaron Cosin, M.D., earned his medical degree at New York Medical College, Valhalla, N.Y. He completed an obstetrics and gynecology internship and residency at Baystate Medical Center, Springfield, Mass. He was a Galloway fellow at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York City. He completed a gynecologic oncology fellowship at University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, Minn. Most recently, he was section director and before that, associate director of gynecologic oncology at Washington Hospital Center, Washington, D.C. Prior to that he was a gynecologic oncology staff member with University of Minnesota Physicians, Minneapolis, Minn. His teaching experience includes associate professor and before that assistant professor of obstetrics and gynecology, Georgetown University, Washington, D.C.; assistant professor and prior to that instructor, Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Women’s Health, University of Minnesota. Daniel Kombert, M.D., earned his medical degree at New York Medical College, Valhalla, N.Y. He completed an internal medicine internship and residency at Westchester County Medical Center (now Westchester Medical Center), Valhalla, where he was also a chief medical resident. Most recently, Kombert was vice president, Hospitalist Services, Steward Health Care System, Boston, and a hospitalist medicine director. Before that he was quality medical director, Cape Cod Healthcare, Cape Cod, Mass. Other experience includes founder and director of Hospital Medicine, chief medical officer and chief of medicine at Falmouth Hospital, Falmouth, Mass.; director, Bourne Bridge Medical Urgent Care/Primary Care/Occupational Health Center, Buzzards Bay, Mass.; clinical medicine instructor, Tufts University Medical School, Boston. His positions at New York Medical College included third year clerkship director, assistant professor of medicine, Student Health Services physician. Elizabeth Tillman, M.D., earned her medical degree at MCP Hahnemann School of Medicine (now Drexel University College of Medicine), Philadelphia. She completed a general internal medicine internship and residency at Rhode Island Hospital/Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University School of Medicine, Providence, R.I. Most recently, Tillman was a hospitalist with IPC, Bristol. She also worked at Bristol Hospital where she was medical director, Hospitalist Practice; and chairman, Section of Inpatient Medicine; and medical director, Hospice. She was also medical director and owner of Hospital Internists of Bristol, LLC, at Bristol Hospital; and a hospitalist and director of Nocturnal Medicine with Hospital Internists of New London, LLC, Lawrence & Memorial Hospital, New London.
