Meet & greet DOCCs in Southington July 25

New Britain [July 17 2012] - Doctors of Central Connecticut (DOCC) will celebrate its growing presence in Southington, including the opening of two new offices, with an open house on Wednesday, July 25 from 4 to 6 p.m. at 55 Meriden Ave., Suite 1D, Southington.

The event will be held in the building adjacent to The Hospital of Central Connecticut’s Bradley Memorial campus; free parking is available in the hospital’s lot.

At the open house, visitors can meet Southington-based DOCC physicians W. Richard McQueen Jr., M.D., internist, who practices at 55 Meriden Ave. Suite 1D (860-276-5144); cardiologist Joshua L. Rock, D.O., who as of Aug. 1 will practice at 55 Meriden Ave. Suite 3G (860-276-5107); and neurologists Philip Micalizzi Jr., M.D., and Robert S. Thorsen, M.D., 51 North Main St. (860-621-1896). Refreshments will be provided.

DOCC is affiliated with The Hospital of Central Connecticut and accepting new patients in primary care, cardiology and neurology. Other DOCC primary care practices are at 40 Hart St., Bldg.
