Hospital of Central Connecticut Makes Medical Staff Appointments

The Hospital of Central Connecticut’s board of directors has approved the following medical staff appointments:
William D. Farmer, M.D., of North Haven, has been named an associate attending physician with the Department of Medicine (family medicine). He earned his medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine, Loma Linda, Calif., and completed residencies at Yale-New Haven Hospital and Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital, Lebanon, N.H. He is in practice in Cheshire (203) 272-2248.
James E. Seely, M.D., of Hamden, has been named an associate attending physician with the Department of Medicine (family medicine). He earned his medical degree from State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Medicine. He completed an internship at State University of New York at Buffalo and a residency at Mid-Hudson Family Practice, Kingston, N.Y. He is in practice in Southington, (860) 620-9111.
LaDonna Dakofsky, M.D., of Sandy Hook, has been named an associate attending physician with the Department of Radiation Oncology. She earned her medical degree from New York University School of Medicine. She completed an internship at Lenox Hill Hospital, New York City, and a residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
