Health Needs Assessment
The Hospital of Central Connecticut partnered with Connecticut Mental Health Affiliates, Hospital for Special Care, Human Resources Agency of New Britain, and health officials from New Britain, Berlin, Plainville, and Southington to gain an understanding of the health status of area residents and identify key areas of need.
The results are included in our downloadable  Health Needs Report.
