2 day class:
1st day, 9:30 a.m. - noon
2nd day, 9:30 a.m. - noon
Class will consist of educating expectant families about changes to the body during pregnancy, understanding the labor and birth process, and comfort techniques that will help them throughout pregnancy. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a pillow.
