Established in 1987, Quitting Time has helped more than 1,000 smokers successfully break the habit. Four programs are offered, each based on successful smoking cessation behavior modification techniques:
- Quitting Time - a seven-week group program for adults
- Take Charge - a six-week group program for teens (available to school systems)
- Individual counseling for those preferring one-on-one settings
- 30 Days to a Smoke-free You - a step-by-step self-help manual
