Visiting hours
To ensure the best care for each patient and a quiet, restful environment, staff may limit the number of visitors and duration of each visit. Changes to visiting hours may be made based on the medical needs of the patient or his/her roommate or other circumstances.
Bradley Memorial campus
- Medical/surgical units: Daily 10 a.m.-2 p.m. and 4-8 p.m. Two visitors at a time per patient.
- Intensive Care Unit: Daily 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Ten minutes per hour; two visitors at a time (immediate family members only).
New Britain General campus
- Medical/Surgical units (N2, N3, N4, N5): Noon-8 p.m.
- C5: Anytime
- Family BirthPlace (after delivery): Fathers - anytime.
- Family BirthPlace (after delivery): General visitors - noon-8 p.m. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Pediatrics: Parents - anytime
- Pediatrics: General -- noon-8 p.m.
- Psychiatric Inpatient: 12:30-1:30 p.m., 6-7 p.m.
- Critical Care Unit: Anytime (Length of visit at nurse's discretion)
