Pain management team

Arpad S. Fejos, M.D.

A physiatrist, Dr. Fejos earned his medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine, Dominica, and completed a residency and an interventional spine fellowship at New York Presbyterian Medical Center, Columbia University, New York City.

He is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation as well as pain management. He is in practice in New Britain, (860) 344-1789.


Eric Grahling, M.D.

Dr. Grahling earned his medical degree at the University of California at Los Angeles School of Medicine, Los Angeles; and a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University.

He completed an internal medicine internship at Cabrini Medical Center, New York; anesthesiology, pain management, & critical care residency at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston; & a pain management fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center / Harvard Medical School, Boston.

He is board-certified in pain management and anesthesiology. He is in practice in Plainville and Southington, (860) 793-0500.

Robert Muro, Ph.D.

Dr. Robert Muro is the lead health psychologist with the Outpatient Psychiatry and Behavioral Health Department. He specializes in psychological treatments for chronic medical conditions including chronic pain, diabetes, and infectious diseases.

Muro earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Bridgeport and a master’s degree in counseling from Southern Connecticut State University.

He completed his Ph.D. in counseling psychology from Indiana State University, and underwent two years of clinical training at Danbury Hospital.
