Sleep Center to host May 21 talk on getting a better night's sleep

The Hospital of Central Connecticut's Sleep Disorders Center CPAP Support Group will host a free talk, "To Sleep Perchance to Dream," 6:30-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 21, lecture room 1, New Britain General campus, 100 Grand St.
Whether you are a gold medal sleeper or still in training, Behavioral Sleep Medicine Specialist Susan Rubman, Ph.D., will give an entertaining and informative presentation on how to get a better night's sleep.
