Hospital of Central Connecticut welcomes physicians

The Hospital of Central Connecticut welcomes these physicians:
Ramachandra Illindala, M.D., earned his medical degree at Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad, India. He completed a rotating internship at Osmania General Hospital and affiliated hospitals in Hyderabad, India; and an internal medicine residency at Cook County Hospital (now known as John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital), Chicago. Previously, he was a hospitalist at the Hospital of Saint Raphael. Prior to that he was a hospitalist at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center and a former assistant professor of Medicine at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. Earlier, Illindala was an inpatient attending physician at John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital and an assistant professor of Medicine at Rush University Medical Center, Chicago. He practices at The Hospital of Central Connecticut.
W. Richard McQueen Jr., M.D., earned his medical degree at Tulane University School of Medicine, New Orleans. He completed an internal medicine internship and residency at Emory University School of Medicine affiliated hospitals in Atlanta. Before joining Doctors of Central Connecticut, McQueen practiced primary care in New Orleans for 12 years. He was also medical director of Loyola University Student Health Center, New Orleans. He practices at Doctors of Central Connecticut, 55 Meriden Ave., Suite 1D, Southington, 860-276-5144.
Joshua L. Rock, D.O., earned his medical degree at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Philadelphia. He completed an internal medicine internship and residency at University of Connecticut; an echocardiography fellowship at Yale University School of Medicine and affiliates Yale-New Haven Hospital and VA Connecticut Healthcare System in West Haven, Newington; and a cardiovascular fellowship at Hartford Hospital/University of Connecticut. He is a registered physician in vascular interpretation. As of Aug. 1 he will practice at Doctors of Central Connecticut, 55 Meriden Ave., Suite 3G, Southington, 860-276-5107.
Parth Shah, M.D., M.P.H., earned his medical degree at Smt. N.H.L. Municipal Medical College in Gujarat, India. He completed a general surgery internship and residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, N.Y.; and a vascular/endovascular surgery fellowship at University of Connecticut/Hartford Hospital. He also earned a master’s degree in public health at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in Baltimore. He practices at Hartford Specialists, 40 Hart St., Building C, New Britain, 860-229-8889.
