Position Duties:
  Performs a variety of typing, filing and telephone duties for the Hispanic Counseling Center. Produces reports and compiles statistics as assigned. Answers telephone, routes callers, takes messages, schedules appointments, provides routine information to clients, callers and interacts with public, patients, and other staff to promote good public relations. Types letters, reports, memos and correspondence. Maintains files of correspondence and other paperwork on an on-going basis. Participates in development and maintenance of therapeutic community activities. Acts as role model to clients and participates in weekly staff meetings and bi-monthly patient business meetings. Compiles program figures and creates quarterly and yearly statistical reports.
Educational Requirements:
  Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum Requirements:
  At least 1 year of secretarial/office experience in a healthcare setting.
Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
Strong customer service skills.
Bilingual highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  Associate in Secretarial Sciences.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  Per Diem - Scheduled as needed - M-F
