Performance Improvement Facilitator

Position Duties:
  Working in a matrix with the Executive VP & Chief Medical Officer and the Vice President for Human Resources, the Facilitators will work with Senior Management to focus on continuous improvement and the integration of identified improvement initiatives throughout the organization. They will teach change and improvement principles, problem solving techniques, project management and the use of specific tools to both managers and front line employees as they guide the overall process. The Facilitators will act as change agents, partnering with management and staff to identify best practices and achieve higher level results by utilizing and implementing improvement processes in assigned work groups and organization-wide.
Educational Requirements:
  Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
Minimum Requirements:
  Five years or more of progressive work experience in health care required or similar progressive work experience in Quality/Process Improvement, Organization Development and Training or a related discipline. Proven facilitation and presentation skills required. Microsoft Office proficiency required, including Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
