Starting with a new employee's orientation to working at The Hospital of Central Connecticut, a number of opportunities are available that encourage learning and enhance both individual and team growth and development.

Orientation
The first day on the job is spent in an orientation program with other Hospital of Central Connecticut employees. This program is designed to welcome new employees and present information about the Hospital's operations, policies, benefits, and opportunities. This is followed by a job-specific orientation conducted by your department management team and/or the Education and Development Department.
