New Britain General campus Auxiliary golf tournament
The Auxiliary’s 18th Annual Golf Tournament raised more than $58,000 for the New Britain General campus Emergency Department.
The June 10 event drew 148 golfers and many enthusiastic volunteers to Tunxis Plantation Country Club in Farmington.
"We are very grateful to the sponsors, players, volunteers and all involved for supporting this event," said David Obedzinski, executive director of Institutional Advancement and chief development officer for the hospital.
"Funds raised through the tournament will help support the much-needed expansion and renovation of the New Britain General campus Emergency Department."
