Founded in 1905, Visiting Nurse Association of Central Connecticut, Inc. (VNACC) provides home health care and general public health services to 24 Central Connecticut communities.

Services
- Home healthcare services: Specialty nursing (cardiac, diabetic, wound care, mental health and maternal/child); physical, occupational and speech therapies; and medical social work.
- Hospice and palliative care services: An interdisciplinary team approach that includes physicians, nurses, home health aides, social workers, clergy and volunteers who support clients through the last stages of life.
- Support services: including home health aides, homemakers and companions.
- Public health and wellness programs for people of all ages, held throughout Central Connecticut.
